This
club is open to public and it is proving very popular. It was
designed by José María Olazábal and opened
in 1991, meaning that at long last the people of Sevilla had somewhere
to play. The basically flat layout included more than 12,000 trees
which give much-needed shade in the fierce summer heat.
The most difficult holes are the 6th and 15th, both of which are
par fours, while the green at the short but spectacular 3rd is
surrounded by water. Tennis, squash and swimming round out the
attractions at this club.
