Open all year round, Cortijo Grande is just four kilometres from the sea and near to the resort areas of Mojacar and Turre.
Designed by Paul Polansky and opened in 1976, it is a relatively flat course winding though picturesque orchards of lemon and orange trees. There is not clubhouse, but players can unwind at the pleasant Almazara bar-restaurant right next to the course. Going from the Almeria-Murcia highway, take the exit marked Mojácar-Turre-Garrocha if you are driving from Almería, or the exit posted Los Gallardos-Mojácar-Turre if you are going from Mrucia.
The course is about 10 kilometres from the coast.
